Preliminary site mobilization works cultural heritage survey and monitoring and some civil works have commenced on site since December 2020.

Some minor road upgrade works at the cross section of Kogan-Condamine Road and 16 Mile Hall Road have commenced and are expected to be completed by late January 2021. 

Construction works are expected to ramp up on site in middle-to-late January 2021 and we estimate that they will last approximately 12 months.
